Ericka Riggs’ natural state of mind is creative & curious—her desire to see and explore the world stems from her childhood spent as a corporate gypsy. Moving across the country, from Texas, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and Virginia with her family; attending five primary schools and two high schools, Ericka’s views on diversity and inclusion were organically formed as a result of living & experiencing a variety of cultures and communities along the way. Recognizing this as her superpower, Ericka applies her adventurous and adaptable mindset to her life, whenever possible.
